November 22, 2010 Budget
The Board of Aldermen held a Budget meeting Monday night
November 22, 2010 at
7:00 PM. Those present included Mayor Calvin Wilson, Alderpersons Greg Richmond and Kristin Lett. Also, present were City Clerk Paula Brodie and City Supervisor David Brodie. Ald Kohley and Ald Reardon were not present.
The Mayor called the meeting to order at
7:00 PM. He noted that Ald Kohley and Ald Reardon were not present.
The Clerk noted that the Board needed to set filing dates of December 14, 2010 to January 18, 2011 from the hours of 7:30AM and 4:00PM for the annual Municipal 2011 election. She noted that the notice needed to be ran in the paper as a legal and has to be to the Paper before December 4th. She stated that a quorum would be necessary to vote on the legal notice. The Board agreed to continue the item to the next budget meeting agenda on
November 29, 2010.
The Board went over the General Fund Revenues and Expenditures. They did not do the Police Department expenditures because Tom West was not present.
The Mayor adjourned the meeting at
9:00 PM
