The Board of Aldermen held a meeting Tuesday night
November 16, 2010 at
7:00 PM. Those present included Mayor Calvin Wilson, Alderpersons Greg Richmond and Kristin Lett. Also, present were City Clerk Paula Brodie, Chief of Police Tom West and City Supervisor David Brodie. Ald Kohley and Ald Reardon were not present. Newspaper reporter Todd Higdon, from the Neosho Daily News and Joyce Haynes from the McDonald County Press were also present.
The Mayor called the meeting to order at
7:00 PM. He noted that the Board did not have a quorum and would not be able to vote on any of the items on the agenda.
The Clerk stated that she had the 2010 Budget ready for the Board to start working on. The Board set budget workshops for Monday, November 22 and Monday, November 29th at
7:00PM.
The Mayor adjourned the meeting at
7:10PM
