      SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

    Thursday, July 1, 2010 AT

6:30 PM AT THE GOODMAN CITY HALL

1. Call the meeting to order.

2. Note that the Board of Aldermen is going into closed session pursuant to RSMO. Section 610.021, (1) to discuss Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys.

3.  Vote to go into closed session

4.  After coming out of closed session the Board is going to discuss replacing the Dixie   Chopper Mower for the Ball Park.

5.   Move to adjourn.
