Snow began on February 1st, 2011 leaving 16" on the ground. One week later another 14" of snow fell. Many citizens of Goodman were unable to leave home for Groceries or medications.
 The icicles on this house were spectacular.
Even the guys from the Goodman Telephone Company took
time to enjoy the snow.
 The snow on this roof had slid down at least three feet and was still attached.
If you look closely you can see the icicles that were on the edge of the roof
are now sticking horizontally toward the house still attached to the end!
Huge snow drift in front of one woman's garage door was about three
feet deep.
Well over two foot of snow piled on this deck. |
